About us
AAA Construction & Cleaning takes on all kinds of construction and cleaning work, large or small, in Jersey and in Spain, in La Rioja and Sotogrande. Our jobs are photographed from the first strip-out to the finished surface, and you talk directly to the people doing the work.
Our standards
Rotten timber and failed surfaces are stripped out, so the new job is not built on old problems.
Bases are screeded and checked with a laser level and a straight edge before the first slab goes down.
A levelled stone bed under paving, a new frame under decking and fixed boards under flat roofs.

Excavator, dumper and lift truck certificates, NPORS accredited and in date.
Qualifications
Sergiu Demisca is trained and certified through Prestige Safety Training, an NPORS accredited provider, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work (Jersey) Law 1989.
